When confused about what to do next in life, I turn to a simple reminder: Do the next right thing.
Don't worry about what might happen ten or twenty steps down the line. Don't go to a crisis doom and gloom point of view.
Just do the next right thing.
I did not come up with that myself. It is rooted in the wisdom of the world's most ancient religion. That is Judaism.
Do you want guidance from a sacred treasure chest of wisdom? Do you want to figure out the next right thing for you?
That's what you will find here Some of you haven't heard from me in a while. If you're not interested, just tap unsubscribe and you won't hear from me. No offense taken.
But the next right thing for me is to start writing again.
Those who stay will get inspiring messages. I aim to bring joy and perspective into each of your lives every week.

If you contribute, I'll also send you of my book, Shalom for the Heart. Just sign up as a paid subscriber at any level to "Everyone Needs a Rabbi."
Then pop me a note letting me know and I’ll send you the book right away.
